Please submit your maintenance request. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. You may also call us for a service request at (661) 702-9631 ext. 303.
For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call the 24-HOUR HOTLINE at (661) 222-3805.
When you call or e-mail, you need to leave your full name, a good contact number, the property you are calling about, and the issue. We will try and return your call the same day.
Please describe in detail the nature of the repair. Also note whether there is an alarm or animal on the premises, and whether we have permission to enter your residence.
