When you call or e-mail, you need to leave your full name, a good contact number, the property you are calling about, and the issue. We will try and return your call the same day. Although we will do our best to keep your property in top shape, there will be times when a requested repair will take longer than you may wish or may not be done at all. These decisions are based on several factors.
