To Request a copy of a document, such as the lease, please e-mail John@rentwithclassic.com. These forms are not currently available electronically. We will mail them to you first class mail, after we receive your payment. Your e-mail should include: name, phone number, address, and the document you are requesting.

For your own security, you may be called to verify the validity of the request. If the validity of the request is in doubt, or the nature of the document has personal information, you may be asked to come into the office in person and sign for receipt of the document. Replacement costs are as follows:

     Replacement Lease: $20.00
     Any other Document: $10.00
